Review our Hotel Policies

• Subject to availability we will sent to you bank account details after your request.
• In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 25% of the total cost of your stay.
• The deposit must be paid within 4 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 4 day period.

• 15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

• Until 11:00

  • Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

• The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
• We accept Cash, Western Union and wire transfer.

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@villa-ioanna.com
• Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.

• Cancellation requests received less than 30 days will receive no refund.
• ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.

  • If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.

• Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
• We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
• We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.

• Sorry we cannot accommodate your pets
• We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
• Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
